Buildings Insurance protects the bricks and mortar construction of the property. It is priced on the rebuild value of the property and will cover against fire, theft, flood and sometimes accidental damage. Payments can be made annually or monthly. Immediate cover available.

Contents Insurance protects the contents of the property if it is let furnished or part furnished. It is priced according to the value of the contents. Payments can be made annually or monthly. Immediate cover available.

Rental Void this protects against the non payment of rents from tenants. Immediate cover available.

Life Insurance provides a lump sum payable on death within a specified term. Typically taken out to cover the amount of mortgages outstanding and/or your commitments. Also to consider for the value of the Capital Gains Tax which may become due in the event of your death.

Critical Illness provides a lump sum payable for a specified illness within a specified term.
