If you intend to build or add to a portfolio then a forward buying facility would be useful. This pre-agrees an amount of money the lender will advance subject only to valuation and rental income.

We have several lenders who will allow you to use the equity in your existing portfolio as deposits for future purchases. This saves you time and money as further advances or re-mortgages do not have to be arranged.
